Therapeutic Support Worker
To provide a high standard of child care to all children and young people resident at Common Thread.. To work as part of a team which is responsible for ensuring that a high quality of care is provided which meets the needs of each individual child and young person resident with Common Ground.
You will need to have a genuine interest in working with children and young people and a non-judgemental value base, believe that people can change with support, have a sensitive and practical approach and be flexible to meet the changing needs of our service.
