Training with a Common Thread
We can adapt our training packages to suit many industries. Whilst our core business is in child care we have used our skills across many areas from airport staff to firemen. Common Thread offers specialist training for carers - parents, foster carers or residential care workers.
Our training uses some of the principles of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), combined with excellent levels of experience, a deep knowledge of a wide range of psychological disciplines, and a wealth of personal experience in delivering care, to offer many packages designed to fit your needs. All training provided for residential care workers is delivered by residential care workers.
