Joe Nee - Independent Consultant Psychologist
Joe Nee needs very little introduction given his long association with the sector and his impressive professional reputation.
Joe began his career as a teacher, then lecturer before training as an educational psychologist. Over the years he has worked with the majority of local authorities and some of the prisons in Scotland, England and Ireland, Voluntary organizations in The UK and Ireland and the Scottish Government.
We know Joe is hugely proud of his association with the police which includes working as a trainer and consultant to the National Police Child Protection Training Programme, the Strathclyde Police Protection Programme, The Joint Investigative Interview Training for Strathclyde, Stirling/Falkirk and Northern Police and Social Work Departments.
Working directly with clients or in training or consultancy roles he has a vast experience in areas such as fostering and adoption, child protection and sexual aggression, children and family work, attachment and the list goes on!
