The young people who are being educated at Merrick School will, from tiome to time have something they would like to say and possibly put in writing. It may be a complaint or a compliment. Both are taken very seriously by Merrick school and indeed by Common Thread the parent company.

All comments be they complaints or compliments are highly valued and will not ever be ignored.
For either of these eventualities there is, of course, a form to complete if that is the young persons wish. It can be downloaded here "Complaints or Complements". Of course it is entirely the young persons choice they may simply wish their comments to be heard and that is ok. They may wish for someone else to write it for them and indeed they have no need to use the form if they do not wish to. We like to think though that the form is useful. Any method of communication is of course ok. We will always listen.
We look forward to hearing from anyone who has comments to make about Merrick and this form can be used by anyone and posted to us either here at Merrick school or here at the Head Office of Common Thread.
