Care

Common Thread understands that only by training and supporting staff to meet their full potential can you possibly hope to sustain teams and achieve positive outcomes for the young people.

Positioned throughout Scotland, a residential service for Young People that listens to the people who use it.

The whole service relies on Common Thread supporting exceptional staff teams who not only meet the minimum qualification standards but also undertake to continually develop both their academic knowledge and internal resources. Each member of Common Thread is expected to maintain their own Personal and Professional Development folder, which records their learning and allows them to demonstrate their proactive approach.
